Daisy Classroom

Ms. Hailee is the guide in our Daisy Classroom. She was introduced to Montessori when she started at our school in 2021. Now, both of her sons attend VMS and she has completed her AMI Primary certification from Montessori Northwest and is working on her masters in Early Childcare Education from Whitworth University. In addition to her continuing education, she comes to use with a bachelors in Fine Arts and years of experience working for the Hockinson School District and the Evergreen School District. She loves going on adventures with her partner and children, taking photos, painting, and traveling.

Rachel has over 10 years of experience in education, including nearly eight years working in Montessori environments and experience supporting students in special education. She is passionate about creating a calm, nurturing classroom where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to develop their independence and love of learning. Rachel especially enjoys supporting early literacy, hands-on learning, and social-emotional development. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
