Registration

Enrollment packages can be picked up from the school or be mailed to you upon request. No child will be refused admission because of race, creed, color, or religion. Program participation by children with diverse cultures and needs contribute to the richness and social development of the classroom.

Observation

Please call for an appointment to observe the children in an ideal learning environment. The best way to understand Montessori is to see it in action.

Tuition and Fees 2010-2011

VMS operates on a school year calendar similar to that of Evergreen School District.

A nine-week Summer School session is optional-information will be available in the spring of 2011.

Registration Fee: $200.00 (non-refundable)

Equal payments beginning upon enrollment and ending May 1, 2011 plus a half payment by June 1, 2011.

After School Care (Includes afternoon snack)

3:00-4:00pm		$105 x 9 1/2

3:00-6:00pm		$285 x 9 1/2

Family Discounts:
10% discount for additional siblings enrolled at Vancouver Montessori School.

Additional Fees:

$5.00 monthly milk fee for children enrolled past 11:45am
$10.00 for payments made after the 1^st of each month
$25.00 for all returned checks
$10.00 for picking a child up after 6:00pm, closing time
$20.00 for picking up a child after 6:10pm

Occasional Care Fees:
If a child cannot be picked up by their regularly scheduled dismissal time, a $5.00 fee per each subsequent 5-30 minute interval will be added to the following month's billing.

Tuition Refunds:
Enrollment is a commitment for the full school year. Tuition is set on that basis. No refunds are given for missed school days, illness, inclement weather, or vacations. If for unforeseen circumstances, there is a need for withdrawal, parents will give office staff a one month's notice and accept responsibility for tuition one month from notice date.
